Tasting Crew
It is impossible to think of all the experiences and knowledge I’ve learnt to date without the people below. I am forever grateful and in their debt.
Cheedz
She has a very sophisticated and polished palate! I met her at a time I knew absolutely nothing about wine and she set me on the right path. Serial abuser of Haute Cabrière and lover of all things Rubicon.
Kuti
She leans more towards her whites and prefers them not as heavy. The illustration above does not only perfectly describe her personality, but also depicts the manner in which we spent countless nights surrounded by numerous emptied bottles. 😀
Lady Lindz
Always on a “Champagne Campaign”. We’ve split loads of bottles together, most memorable being the Delheim magnum and the numerous Merlots at Naked! She was my predecessor and now partner in late night desecration of many a bottle.
Reics
Lover of all wooded whites and has a taste for good Methode Cap Classique (Made in the exact same style as Champagnes). Reds on the other hand are her instant sedative. I’ve lost a series of bets to her, last of which I had to pay in Topaz Viognier. 🙁
Drew Master
Our resident alcoholic. If he doesn’t know about a bottle, it probably doesn’t exist (at least that’s what we tease). He is by far the most educated and experienced. He has a palate of considerable international note and is constantly working at improving. To say I’ve learnt the most from him would be a grave understatement. Currently loving big white blends and Cabernet Francs.
